The order is delivered the day after 100% of the payment is registered and the shipping is on the buyer’s charge. The delivery time depends on the shipping address and the chosen shipping method.

  1. Return policy

If any problem or malfunction should occur, we do offer a return policy. After determining you have received a defective product, we kindly ask you to send us an email providing details of the problem along with proving photos at claims@puresaneo.com. After establishing the malfunction, the return will be made at our factory address, Denimex SRL, Rasaritului 32-34, zip code 61205, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania, and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible, in a reasonable time.

  1. Cancellation policy

Your order will be considered canceled if any payment is not registered within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Each of the paragraphs of these Terms acts individually. In the case of an instance or relevant authority decides any of these are illegal or inapplicable, the remaining paragraphs continue to be applicable and in force.
